This facilitator has been involved in Training, Health & Safety and HR all his working life and since leaving the National Health Service in Scotland, UK in 1994 has been working within various industries as a Training Consultant. He is involved in the delivery of Safety and Leadership training, primarily but not exclusively within the Oil and Gas Sector, using a variety of delivery methods.

With his experience as an Actor, he has been very much involved in the design and delivery of training packages to all levels of industrial management, utilising the concepts and techniques of drama based experiential learning. This experience combined with more traditional techniques, provides clients with a highly innovative approach to learning.
